Don’t let the calm persona fool you. When it comes to work, this woman is all about action. Page Fagalde, resident do-er, has worked in the biggest ad agency in the area, in creative boutiques, at large in-house communications departments – and she even worked in the real world of art, managing a frame shop. (Did we mention her years as a caterer?)
These days, Page has plenty of responsibilities at Fultz. She finds out what needs to be done, and helps assign the right people to each job. She nurtures other team members, developing their skills and feeding them peanut M&M’s®. She constantly looks for ways to streamline and improve internal processes, a job she likens to “a mechanic giving a tune-up to a moving bus.” Of course a hefty amount of hands-on art and design work is sandwiched into each workday, too. And when stress levels peak, we’re relieved to know that Page is also a professionally trained massage therapist.
